Jason Lewis is a guitarist, singer, arranger, song writer, music director, music teacher and one of the co- owner of Lewis Music Academy. He is also currently teaching music for grades K-5 at Mountain Meadows Elementary School and serving as Music Director for The Bridge, both located in Moorpark, CA. With a wide range of professional musical expertise, Jason holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music in Classical Guitar performance from California State University Northridge. He is also well versed in all rock,Jazz and fusion styles on several instruments. Coming from a musical family, Jason has a passion for music, as well as having a natural gift for sharing his vast musical knowledge. If he is not teaching in his LMA studio, or Mountain Meadows Elementary school, he can be found recording with his brother Jayme Lewis on a multitude of musical projects, or performing at various venues and churches. Being born with the gift of perfect pitch, Jason can play anything that he hears, on just about any instrument you can imagine.
